Used for a mini triathlon which gave me good energy levels throughout the race. So much so I had negative splits after each gel.

Bang for buck

Great to find a product that provides adequate measures of carbohydrates, sodium and in this case, caffeine. Always happy to support a kiwi brand and as a bonus these gels are a lot cheaper than most products on the market at present. So far I’m really impressed with how the cola flavour sits in the gut and provides energy over a run of 2 - 3hrs. I’m yet to try them over anything longer. Good bang for buck!!!
