Very happy!

Training for a marathon and have been using the gels in my long runs.
Taste good, not overly sweet and don’t upset my stomach during the run. Also found that I don’t get a sugar crash or have periods where I feel flat or drained of energy.
Will definitely continue to use them in the future and will be using these during my marathon.

The gels are still good but I ordered berry and relieved cola and when I emailed multiple times they didn't respond
